We understand that plans can change. To ensure fair service for both our drivers and clients, the following rules apply:
24 Hours in Advance:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled ride are Free of Charge.
Within 24 Hours:
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the ride, a partial cancellation fee may apply according to the booking terms.
Same-Day or Instant Bookings:
Cancellations made on the same day of the trip after confirmation may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Exceptions:
In cases of emergencies, fee reviews are at our discretion.
